Без твоето „да“ този сайт не записва рекламни бисквитки и не те разпознава от посещение на посещение. Когато влезеш за първи път, виждаш кратък банер с два бутона — „Приемам всички“ и „Откажи“ — и линк „Настройки“. Ако натиснеш „Запази час“, преди да си избрал, банерът се показва пред записването и след избора продължаваш направо към него — каквото и да избереш. Докато не избереш, пикселите на Meta и TikTok не се зареждат, а тагът на Google работи само без бисквитки (виж по-долу).

Винаги активни (необходими)

  • Избор на език (blades_lang) — запомня кой от деветте езика на сайта си избрал: български, английски, италиански, испански, френски, немски, португалски, румънски или гръцки. Записва се само когато ти избереш език, пази се 1 година и важи за целия домейн .studioblades.com — затова и системата ни за записване на app.studioblades.com ти говори на същия език.
  • Твоят избор за бисквитките (bo_consenso) — за да не те питаме при всяко посещение и за да знае и нашият сървър дали може да изпраща. Вижда го и системата ни за записване на app.studioblades.com.

Не те следят другаде. По закон не изискват съгласие.

Само ако приемеш: реклама и измерване

Те ни казват от коя реклама си дошъл, кои страници разглеждаш и кога натискаш „Запази час“ или се свързваш с нас, и ни позволяват да ти показваме нашите оферти в тези приложения и в Google според това, което те интересува, и да разберем коя оферта работи, за да правим по-добри оферти. Записват бисквитки с идентификатор на браузъра (например _fbp, _fbc, _ga, _gcl_au, _ttp).

Същите събития и от нашия сървър. Когато пикселът на Meta изпрати събитие (посещение на страница, преглед на оферта, натискане на „Запази час“, контакт с нас, път до салона), нашият сървър изпраща на Meta същото събитие с един и същ номер, за да не се брои два пъти. С него отиват IP адресът ти, видът на браузъра, адресът на страницата (с кода на рекламата, ако има) и бисквитките на Meta (_fbp, _fbc) — никакво име, имейл или телефон. И това става само с твоето „да“.

Ако идваш от реклама и натиснеш „Запази час“, с връзката към нашата система за записване (app.studioblades.com) минават utm_ параметрите на рекламата. Само с твоето „да“ минават и кодът на рекламата (fbclid, ttclid, gclid, gbraid, wbraid) и _gl — идентификаторът на посещението от тага на Google, — за да се знае, че резервацията идва от рекламата. Без твоето „да“ минават само utm_ параметрите.

Тагът на Google и без твоето „да“ — но без бисквитки. Тагът на Google (Google Analytics и Google Ads) се зарежда при всяко посещение, но докато не избереш и ако откажеш, работи в ограничен режим (Google Consent Mode, всички цели „отказани“): не записва и не чете бисквитки и не използва идентификатор на браузъра, по който да те разпознае при следващо посещение. Изпраща на Google същите събития като с „да“ — например посещения на страници, превъртане, натискане на „Запази час“, на телефона или на картата, разглеждане на оферта — с адреса на страницата и на предишната страница, часа, вида на браузъра и, както при всяка връзка в интернет, IP адреса. Ако идваш от реклама в Google, адресът съдържа кода на рекламата (gclid), по който Google може да свърже сигнала с натискането на рекламата; кодовете на Meta и TikTok (fbclid, ttclid) махаме. От тези сигнали Google изчислява приблизително колко резервации носят рекламите ни. Не ги искаш? В „Настройки“ натисни „Спри и тези сигнали“ или използвай браузър със сигнала Global Privacy Control: тогава тагът на Google не се зарежда, докато не натиснеш „Приемам всички“. Ако си отказал още преди тази промяна, за теб тагът на Google също не се зарежда. С „Приемам всички“ тагът използва и бисквитките си (_ga, _gcl_au).

Как да промениш решението си

По всяко време: натисни линка „Настройки за бисквитки“ най-долу на страницата и избери отново. Ако откажеш, след като си казал „да“, спираме пикселите и тага на Google веднага, още в същото посещение, и изтриваме бисквитките им от този сайт; от следващата страница тагът на Google изпраща само сигналите без бисквитки, описани по-горе (освен ако си ги спрял). Сървърът ни спира да изпраща събитията от сайта, а за следващите ти резервации — и данните на браузъра ти.

Записването е в нашата система

Бутонът „Запази час“ те отвежда в нашата система за записване BladesOS (app.studioblades.com). Там има само необходими бисквитки — за да останеш влязъл в профила си и, докато влизаш с Google или Apple, една временна — без пиксели и без рекламни бисквитки, затова няма и банер. Системата само чете избора ти от банера на този сайт и, ако си казал „да“, бисквитките _fbp, _fbc и _ga, за да свърже резервацията с рекламата.

Отделно от бисквитките: след онлайн резервация нашият сървър изпраща на Meta данни за нея, като имейлът, телефонът и името са в хеширан вид. Какво точно, защо и как да възразиш — в Политиката за поверителност, раздел „Реклама“.

Часовете, запазени във Fresha преди 13 октомври 2026 г., остават в сила. За Fresha важат нейната политика и нейният банер.

Как да ги изтриеш

Всеки браузър позволява да изтриеш бисквитките от настройките си.

Without your yes, this site sets no advertising cookies and does not recognise you from one visit to the next. On your first visit you see a short banner with two buttons — “Accept all” and “Decline” — and a “Settings” link. If you tap “Book” before choosing, the banner appears in front of the booking and, once you choose, you go straight on to it — whatever you choose. Until you choose, the Meta and TikTok pixels do not load, and the Google tag runs only without cookies (see below).

Always on (necessary)

  • Language choice (blades_lang) — remembers which of the site’s nine languages you picked: Bulgarian, English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Romanian or Greek. It is saved only when you choose a language, kept for 1 year and valid across the whole .studioblades.com domain — that’s why our booking system at app.studioblades.com speaks your language too.
  • Your cookie choice (bo_consenso) — so we don’t ask you on every visit, and so our server also knows whether it may send. Our booking system at app.studioblades.com can see it too.

They don’t follow you elsewhere. By law they need no consent.

Only if you accept: advertising and measurement

  • Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram) — Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Meta’s policy
  • TikTok pixel (when we use it) — TikTok Technology Limited. TikTok’s policy
  • Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads) — Google Ireland Limited; without your yes only in a restricted mode, without cookies (see below). Google’s policy · How Google uses data

They tell us which advert brought you here, which pages you view and when you tap “Book” or contact us, and let us show you our offers in those apps and on Google based on what interests you, and learn which offer works so we can make better ones. They set cookies holding a browser identifier (for example _fbp, _fbc, _ga, _gcl_au, _ttp).

The same events from our server too. When the Meta pixel sends an event (page view, offer view, tapping “Book”, contacting us, directions to the salon), our server sends Meta the same event with the same number, so it is not counted twice. It carries your IP address, your browser type, the page address (with the advert’s code, if any) and Meta’s cookies (_fbp, _fbc) — no name, email or phone. This too happens only with your yes.

If you came from an advert and tap “Book”, the link to our booking system (app.studioblades.com) carries the advert’s utm_ parameters. Only with your yes does it also carry the advert’s code (fbclid, ttclid, gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and _gl, the Google tag’s visit identifier, so the booking can be credited to that advert. Without your yes, only the utm_ parameters go along.

The Google tag without your yes — but without cookies. The Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads) loads on every visit, but until you choose, and if you decline, it runs in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode, every purpose “denied”): it neither sets nor reads cookies and uses no browser identifier that could recognise you on a later visit. It sends Google the same events as with your yes — for example page visits, scrolling, taps on “Book”, the phone or the map, offers viewed — with the address of the page and of the previous page, the time, the browser type and, as with any internet connection, the IP address. If you came from a Google advert, the address contains the advert’s code (gclid), with which Google can link the signal to the click on the advert; we remove Meta’s and TikTok’s codes (fbclid, ttclid). From these signals Google roughly estimates how many bookings our ads bring. Don’t want them? In “Settings” tap “Stop these signals too”, or use a browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal: the Google tag then does not load until you tap “Accept all”. If you declined before this change, the Google tag does not load for you either. With “Accept all” the tag also uses its cookies (_ga, _gcl_au).

Changing your mind

Any time: tap the “Cookie settings” link at the very bottom of the page and choose again. If you decline after saying yes, we stop the pixels and the Google tag immediately, in the same visit, and delete their cookies from this site; from the next page on, the Google tag sends only the cookie-free signals described above (unless you have stopped them). Our server stops sending the website’s events and, for your future bookings, your browser data.

Booking happens in our own system

The “Book” button takes you to our own booking system, BladesOS (app.studioblades.com). It uses only necessary cookies — to keep you signed in and, while you sign in with Google or Apple, a temporary one — with no pixels and no advertising cookies, so there is no banner. The system only reads your banner choice from this site and, if you said yes, the _fbp, _fbc and _ga cookies, to link the booking to the advert.

Separately from cookies: after an online booking our server sends Meta details of it, with your email, phone and name in hashed form. What exactly, why, and how to object — see the Privacy Policy, section “Advertising”.

Appointments booked on Fresha before 13 October 2026 still stand. For Fresha, its own policy and banner apply.

Deleting them

Every browser lets you delete cookies from its settings.
