Who can I invite?
Anyone who hasn’t visited us yet: invites are for new clients only.
When does my friend get the discount?
On their second visit, within 60 days of the first: that’s when they get 25% off the bill. On the first, they pay full price and get their points plus 50 points on top.
When do I get the credit and points?
When your friend pays for their second visit, within 60 days of the first. Then you get 25% of their first-visit bill as credit, plus 50 points.
How do I use the credit?
At the studio, as a discount on a service at the till. You can see how much credit you have, and until when it’s valid, in your profile in the client area.
How big can the discount get?
Up to 50% of the price of one service. Credits from several friends add up, and anything above that limit stays for next time.
How many friends can I invite?
As many as you like – there’s no limit. Every friend who comes back brings you credit and 50 points.
